Staying fit this holiday season!

1. Commit to stick to your workouts- the cold weather is no excuse!

Just think of how great you feel when youstay on top of your workouts.

You'll have much less work to do come Spring, if you stay fit throughout the holidays!

 

2. Why wait until 2009? It's all too common for people to put off their training and

healthy eating until the new year. Say ahead of the game- put your plan into action NOW!

 

3. Keep your holiday treats in check. I know this time of year is filled with parties and

goodies- allow yourself a treat every now and then, but don't go overboard. Have a taste

of your favorites, and leave the rest on the plate. I have a feeling you'll be satisfied after

a few bites, at the very least, you'll be feeling a lot less full!
