So, I just finished up with the 2009 NPC Jr.USA’s in Charleston, SC. This was an AWESOME show, so convenient and well-run. I took third place in the “Fitness C Class,” which is my highest National-level placing to date. I’m thrilled with my placing and looking forward to the NPC Team Universe Championships in September!

Bootcamp has begun! We're in our first 8-week session of OW! Bootcamp at Peak Physique in Denver. I've got a great group of women in the class and can't wait to spend the coming weeks with them! I'll be holding more bootcamps over the spring and summer, so email me if you're interested and I'll be sure to get you signed up for the next session.

Another competition under my belt! I competed at the 2009 Arnold Amateur IFBB International Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Championships this past weekend, taking second place in the Fitness Medium class. Look for new pictures from the competition in my Photo Gallery!

Group Fitness is back! Join me on Tuesday nights for an eight-week, WOMEN-ONLY bootcamp class at Peak Physique, located on Colorado and Exposition. Class will be held from 6:00-7:00pm. I will be closing the class at 10 participants, so be sure to email me right away if you are interested in attending. We will begin class on Tuesday, February 17th, or before if the class fills up immediately. This bootcamp session will run for eight consecutive weeks, and payment for entire session will be due up front. The cost for the eight-week bootcamp session is $120.00.

10/1/2008 – I just met up with an AWESOME company, Thrive Energy Drink. This is a relatively new company that is coming into the market with a big splash! I will be working on promotions for Thrive in the coming months. This Saturday (10/4) I will be down in Castle Rock at a soccer tournament…stay tuned for details!

9/10/2008 – I just returned from Team Universe in NYC where I took 6th place in the Fitness C class. It was a great weekend and I am very much looking forward to my off-season training. I’m pumped and excited to start working on a new routine and streamline my physique…watch out 2009!
