About Lauren

I currently work in Government Affairs in Denver, CO. I also teach Real Body Boot Camp classes for InWard Motion at Peak Physique, and train a few clients in my 'spare time.'

I began competing with the NPC at the age of 19, in order to fulfill my longtime passion of performing on stage. As a former competitive dancer, I loved the idea of getting back on stage in front of an audience of family, friends, and community! Six years later, I am still going at it, competing on the National level and loving it!
